We currently ship across India. International shipping: on request / not yet — email us if you’re outside India.
Dispatch time
Pieces are made in small numbers and often to order, so orders are usually dispatched within 7–10 business days. For pre-orders, the expected dispatch date is shown at checkout. We’ll email you when your piece ships.
Charges
Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. e.g. flat ₹— across India / free above ₹—
Carrier & tracking
We ship via courier partner with tracking. A tracking link is emailed once your order is dispatched. Delivery timelines after dispatch depend on the courier and your location.
Packaging
These objects are solid and heavy, so we pack them carefully for transit. If anything still arrives damaged, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy — email us within 48 hours with photos.
