Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to your use of yazhistudio.in (the “site”) and to anything you buy from Yazhi, operated by registered business / legal name (“Yazhi”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
1. The objects
We make hand-finished objects in small numbers. Because each piece is made by hand, small variations in colour, texture, finish and weight are normal and are part of the object — they are not defects. Product photos are representative; your piece will be similar but not identical.
2. Orders & pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are shown at checkout, inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
- An order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email once payment is received; we may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error) and will refund any amount already paid.
- Stock is limited. When a run ends, that piece may no longer be available.
3. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your full card details. By paying, you also agree to Razorpay’s terms.
4. Shipping & returns
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and cancellations, returns and refunds by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these terms.
5. Intellectual property
The Yazhi name, designs, text, photographs and site content are owned by Yazhi and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the site — no attempts to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it unlawfully.
7. Liability
The site and objects are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at city, State having jurisdiction.
